All Care Driving Academy is a licensed, ICBC bonded school, and our professional driver training instructors are fully accredited
and ICBC approved. We are proudly serving the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, offering Class 5 and 7 driving lessons
for young drivers, new drivers of any age, or for licensed drivers needing to update/upgrade their skills.
Our goal is to create conscientious, safety-minded drivers with the skills needed to navigate all city and highway conditions.

Covid-19 Safety Measures

Your instructor is equipped with PPE including medical-grade masks, disinfectant, and gloves to ensure a clean and safe environment. Our cars are cleaned between each lesson.
Students are required to wear a mask at all times during their sessions. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you at no charge.

Under no circumstances will we accommodate individuals who have tested positive for Covid-19, or are in mandatory quarantine or self-isolation. If you demonstrate flu-like symptoms we cannot provide services until such time that you have been screened in accordance with BCCDC guidelines.

We look forward to a time when these measures will become redundant, but until then our students' safety, and the safety of our staff, is our top priority. Absolutely no exceptions will be made.

Payment Terms

All fees include GST.
Fees are payable prior to commencement of lessons.
At this time we are only accepting cash or e-transfers.
ICBC exam and road test fees are not included.
For pickup/dropff, there will be a small gas surcharge.

Cancellations

Lessons must be cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance to avoid being charged a $70.00 administration fee.

NOTE: To cancel a road test appointment we have made on your behalf, you must provide us with 72 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to ICBC late fees or forfeiture of the testing fee.

Refund Policy

Unused sessions remaining from prepaid lessons package will be refunded as a balance of the package price less hours used, with used lessons charged at the individual hourly rate of $70.00/hr. There will be no refund for lessons that have already taken place, or for sessions where a student has failed to attend without giving notice of cancelation.

All road test car rentals include complimentary pickup and drop-0ff, and a 45 minute warm-up and review lesson before your road test. * A surcharge will apply if your road test is outside our service area.

I had a class 5 road test quickly approaching and I needed last minute lessons. I was calling around other locations to fit me in, but I was not in much luck and one guy was very rude over the phone. Jasmine (Allcare Driving Academy) was recommended to me and I could not have been happier! From the moment she took my call, she was professional, courteous and a breath of fresh air. She was very flexible with my schedule, patient, reassuring, and took me around the routes of the testing centre. She made sure I understood all the rules of the road, especially parallel parking (just a little off the brake and steer). She is very encouraging and knowledgeable! I had reached out to All Care Driving Academy very urgently for a refresher class for a last minute class 5 road test. Jasmine responded promptly and if not for her flexibility, I would have been stressed out about the test all weekend. During the lesson, she gave very helpful tips and reminders for the test and also gave me pointers on my driving habits. Her great personality and positive encouragement also made me less nervous preparing for my test. I ended up passing in one try! Highly recommended!

This is my story, I was trying to renew my license. When I began Covid hit the World and l failed the first driving test, I failed the second and third too! And that took a year! The year previous I had bought a 2016 Ford Escape, it was perfect car for my wife and I but sadly I could only look and not drive So after a year I had one month before my fourth test and a friend introduced me Jasmine from All Care Driving Academy.
